To stop this trend we as a community have to be involved in the community We are spreading hate. The Drug use in our community is out of site. Youth are begging us to help. Take responsibility for your future. While we continue with the national project of discovering mature leaders that will stir the ship of the nation aright, your life can not wait. What I have told those who care to listen is that those who we see as failed leaders today are mere “opportuned occupiers” of leadership positions, you and I are the true leaders in our spheres of influence! Personal development is not a pie in the sky. From the little lessons you will learn in meetings like this, with the motivation you will get from choosing to stand up for action, along with the other learning opportunities you will be exposed to, develop yourself. As you do that, you will discover that the whole world will stand aside for a man who knows where he’s going! Even unstable systems respect people whose minds are made up, and will not be deterred by time-bound limitations. While the task of personal development is ongoing, it will only be natural to find yourself involved in nation building. You will then find it necessary to contribute your quota within your region of residence. Your advice will be sought, and your voice will count. At that point, it is only a matter of time before you become globally relevant.

I'm very sure that you can be well advised on what the next step to takeif you visit sites like, taking It global, medical wise . Malcolm Klein, Ph.D., director of the USC Social Science Research Institute, states: "A gang is a bunch of guys involved in delinquent and violent activity,"15 His definition focuses solely on "street gangs" and excludes groups with a specific goal orientation such as biker and skinhead gangs. He writes in his book, The American Street Gang (to be published in 1995), that he finds it necessary to exclude almost as many different groups as he would include to avoid unwanted stereotyping

Irving Spergel, Ph.D., a sociologist at the University of Chicago, when asked about the idea of affluent gangs, said, "It’s almost a contradiction in terms," as his research has primarily dealt with inner-city gangs. About the possibility of affluent gangs, he characterized them as "a bunch of guys that get together and raise some hell. They’re an odd-ball gang. Maybe they’ll steal, but then they’ll disappear."16.
what do you think should be done in other to free our youth from this unheavenly acts?

YOUTH LEADERS

YOUTH INTERESTS TODAY

In this post, I want to take a look at the interests of the youth today and what the authorities and those who should shape it are doing.

The responsibility for who will educate today's youth is shifting from where the parents, schools, and the community once contributed an equal share to the teaching of our youth has shifted to destroctive attacks on all fronts. To today's child may only have one parent, class sizes in school may be too large for individual attention, and the community may be stretched beyond its ability to provide assistance by outside forces such as gang violence or a struggling economy.

After school programs, project camps, and non-traditional projects provided by churches and educators can and do take up the slack left by this possible void in educational opportunities for youth where they exist. These have to be tailored by the adult society to be attractive but clean.

As a matter of course, if we wish to uncover the roots of despair and violence that lurk in the hearts of young people, we must understand their subculture -- their music, clothing, games, their friendships, rivalries and relationships. Only then do we have a chance of helping them develop, not just academically, but emotionally and morally. But so much of what adolescents do seems enigmatic. Why, for example, do they wear their baseball caps on backwards, dress in grunge or goth clothing, pierce their skin, apply tattoos, take drugs, attend concerts by sexually perverse rock stars and mash dance? All of these interests have profound symbolic meaning, of which young people themselves are unaware.

The language of symbols, myths, fairy tales, and dreams is what they use and so applies to understanding the present generation of young people. Uncovering the symbolic ground of these desires, conflicts, and anxieties, will allow them to be free of them. No knowledge could be more therapeutic, nor of greater practical value.
